چکیده

Outer-rotor switched reluctance machines (SRMs) have drawn much attention as promising candidates for in-wheel direct-drive motors of future electric vehicles. This article presents a systematic performance comparison three outer-rotor SRM topologies traction applications in terms the specific torque, electromagnetic efficiency, torque ripple, radial force, and mechanical aspects. A generalized design optimization framework SRMs is proposed to enable fast evaluation large numbers designs generated from differential evolution by incorporating an analytical current profile estimation into transient finite element analysis. The relationship between saliency ratio converter volt-ampere rating also discussed. calculations are then benchmarked with experimental results existing prototype. effectiveness prediction method approach validated.

Analysis and Design of a Permanent-Magnet Outer-Rotor Synchronous Generator for a Direct-Drive Vertical-Axis Wind Turbine

In Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Generators (PMSGs) the reduction of cogging torque is one of the most important problems in their performance and evaluation. In this paper, at first, a direct-drive vertical-axis wind turbine is chosen. According to its nominal value operational point, necessary parameters for the generator is extracted. Due to an analytical method, four generators with differen...

FEA-Based Design Study of 12-Slot 14-Pole Outer-Rotor Dual Excitation Flux Switching Machine for Direct Drive Electric Vehicle Applications

This paper presents an investigation into feasibilities design of 12-Slot 14-Pole outerrotor dual excitation flux switching machine (ORDEFSM) for direct drive electric vehicle (EV) applications. The stator of the proposed machine consists of iron core made of electromagnetic steels, armature coils, permanent magnet (PM) and field excitation coils (FECs). The FECs in this proposed machine is use...

1.0 overview it seems that grammar plays a crucial role in the area of second and foreign language learning and widely has been acknowledged in grammar research. in other words, teaching grammar is an issue which has attracted much attention to itself, and a lot of teachers argue about the existence of grammar in language teaching and learning. this issue will remind us a famous sentence f...

a comparison of teachers and supervisors, with respect to teacher efficacy and reflection

supervisors play an undeniable role in training teachers, before starting their professional experience by preparing them, at the initial years of their teaching by checking their work within the proper framework, and later on during their teaching by assessing their progress. but surprisingly, exploring their attributes, professional demands, and qualifications has remained a neglected theme i...
